I recently moved into Mohave Flats and couldn't be happier. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful rooftop terrace, are excellent. My apartment is spacious, filled with natural light, and has high-quality finishes and modern appliances. The management team is responsive and friendly, making the move-in process seamless. There's a strong sense of community here, with organized social events that have helped me meet my neighbors. Overall, Mojave Flats is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. Highly recommended!

I moved in this complex since 2019..I’ve seen plenty of property managers and staff come and go. But one person who has stayed and is a phenomenal worker is Tamone, he works in maintenance and this is one guy I can always count on for anything! He’s a pleasure to speak to each and everyday he’s here, he works hard all with a smile on his face. To be truthful if it wasn’t for him I would have left probably a few years ago. Tamone you’re awesome my guy and I hope the company understands how vital you are on this property!!

Place was understated for the area, other areas were not welcoming however the front desk lady trinity was welcoming and walked me through getting leased I’ve been living here for about 2 months now and I’ve been very happy with my choice, btw invest in a parking spot if you apply saves you a headache later if trying to find a parking spot and invest in a ring camera or you regularly revive packages

We moved in at the beginning of this month. Carolina Mendez was an outstanding employee from the second we walked into the office to ask questions down to the tour of the unit we are in now! She was very communicative, thorough and most of all TRANSPARENT. I am a paranoid individual so I asked her multiple questions, multiple times and she never lost her patience or got snippy with me. She was kind and informative . We got an upstairs unit. We’re on the street side which is the only downfall as it’s noisy but we chose that willingly. There is a washer and dryer in our unit. Works amazing! The stove in our renovated unit is electric and a glass top! The bathroom is big and spacious and the balcony is great to have coffee on. The complex has a Gym, Pool, playground and accepts Cats and Dogs. Our mailboxes are in the center of the complex however it’s a short walk. Doggy bag posts are all around. We’re next to a bunch of shopping, food and various other things that are convenient for everyday life. We love our new home here at Mojave Flats.

Great experience living here. There are so many good places to shop nearby. Daiso just opened across the street and I see so many other places opening near. Also the management and maintenance is great. It is so easy to put in a service request and they always respond very quickly. We recently had an AC outage and maintenance (Timone and Andrew) came right away to install a portable AC for us to use while they fixed the AC. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to consider here.

The management is great, they really care about you and do their best to help. When you have a question they take the time to carefully answer with a smile on their face. Also it is very easy to request maintenance service. You can do it from the Mojave app and they respond within a day or two. They do a fantastic job of making sure things are fixed and working.

New to Las Vegas and found comfort at Mojave Flats. After visiting the property multiple times, I finally went for it. The application process was easy and took a solid work week. Rose from the office was helpful and patient with me throughout the process. Mojave Flats was running a Great Move-In Special that made it extremely affordable for me to move in to this gated community. My apartment is newly remodeled with washer & dryer in the unit. When I walked through the door I already felt welcome and at home by Kat. Her energy and vibe so kind and warm and embracing just makes you feel like you’re at home. I just moved in to my own 1 bedroom apartment here after my brother also signed with again. Property well manager and clean staff are friendly polite welcoming positive vibes energy makes you feel at home very embracing. You wouldn’t regret signing your next lease apartment wirh Kat belive me stop by give then a look for your self. Pool is clean comes wirh fire pit and bqq area is on propane gas which is on timer you switch is AWSOME! Bar counter plugs available host guest and they light up differnt colors at night gym abit small but its sufficient enough to work out and always clean and did I mention everything is literally walking distance believe me come by check them out. Make sure you mention eric T refered you over. Kat is amazing thnx girl for everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OH BEFORE I FORGET WASHER DRYER IN UNIT!!!!! EVEN IN ONE BEDROOMS!! AWSEOME!!!!!!! I have lived here a little over a year now and wow what a difference the new company that took over we are seeing positive changes from cleanliness to new lighting on the property to and new paint colors. I can see a great effort on their part to improve the complex. The pool and gym are open on the weekends and nights, as previous owners would close them down on weekends and nights. My maintenance requests get done same day and sometimes with in an hour. The office staff are friendly and they’re always asking if there’s anything else they can do to make things better. I’m am finally proud to call this place my home.

When we moved in back in 2019 the apartment complex was complete sh**t from the management to the maintenance men to the “ Renovated Apartment “ we paid for which was NOT even remotely close to being renovated. Over the years we’ve been through 3-4 different managements & BY FAR Mojave Flats have been the BEST. I LOVE the ladies in the office They do their best to make every resident happy & comfortable. The maintenance men are on it the minute you put a work order in ! More than pleased with them!

*Note* I didn't end up moving in so I can only speak on the staff and property. From the moment I walked in, Rebecca and Destiny were so helpful and inviting. They helped me through the application process and we laughed along the way. I believe positive staff is a MAJOR part of living in an apartment as they are basically the gatekeepers for handling any issues you may have. The grounds were very well maintained and the apartments are beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and located near great shopping and restaurants. I was actually able to speak with a current resident, in passing. They told me they loved their apartment, felt safe, and had no issues. As I said, I ended up going with another apartment located in Henderson because of my job but, I would've loved to live here!

Jay Robinson is the only person I work with in this office I'm glad they hired him. before then I only come and drop off my rent and do my work orders through emails I hated talking to the office aides, I never felt like they enjoyed their jobs they made me feel like I was being a burden no matter what I went into the office for. Jay Robinson is sincere to the T is the only leasing agent that I talk to.

I would like to say since the apartments changed from The Arbors to ReNew everything has been getting alot better. Jay the new office worker has been helping us out with every request we had and is doing a great job. The cleaner Dommick has been doing a great job keeping ReNew a clean complex all day, And last but not least Par 3 landscaping on doing there jobs while watching out for the residents they are doing a fantastic job.

New owners are making huge efforts to fix all the issues left by the other management company. You can already see improvements in the landscape and trash areas. Just taking care of all the dead trees was a huge improvement. Thank you to the new owners for finally caring about the residents at the Arbors now called Renew.

Love it Clo s e. To trvel roads. Good tree cover. Managers always nice and helpful . Maintenance prompt rrepairs. Vrry knowledgeable. But probably under stffed. Always leaves clean after repaires. Happy.....😊😀😝😅🐸🐸🐸🐸. Remember aprtmnt living is exactly what it is its community effort. The good thing about it if your unhappy is. You can always move.

Well I lived here for almost 8 years. But lately things have improved greatly we have a new property manager named Gabriela Rodriguez. She has made a huge difference in this complex. She actually walks the complex takes note and even picks up trash left by other tenants. She added doggie bags around the property in hopes that owner of dogs would actually clean up after them. She care about things which is rare today at any apartment complex. So I wanted to say thank you to her for making a difference.

ReNew hired a new maintenance supervisor after the last one was not completing requests, this shows that they are trying to improve the service and as such makes it a much better place to live than competing apartment complexes. My review will be updated as we see how well this new maintenance crew does but because this complex actively tries to improve, they deserve 5 stars and are a step above the rest. I'd say try the place out, I've lived all over the area, these guys are the best you can get around here.
